Improving the Health of Our Waterways

In this section, Improving the Health of Our Waterways, there will be an opportunity for teams to share information about the ways people use natural bodies of water to meet their needs, their wants, and to discuss best practices in the protection of their waterways.  Each presenting site is encouraged to introduce their group by describing where they are from, show pictures of their school, community, and their local waterways which could include rivers, lakes, seas, and/or oceans.  Groups should also describe the watershed(s) their school impacts and include a picture if possible, present practices for improving water health and be prepared for a question and answer segment.
